Driven by genuine curiosity, Betsy Bernstein has a unique ability to create a comfortable, engaging environment that is both involving and empowering for research participants and productive for clients. This tried-and-true approach works across all targets: business owners, high net worth individuals, healthcare professionals, or families with children.

Decades-long relationships with clients are a testament to the work Bernstein Research Group creates and executes. A sought-after leader in her field, Betsy is a one of the earliest members of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA). She has been a featured speaker and group leader at several of QRCA’s national events, a presenter at the Marketing Research Association’s 50th anniversary celebration, and instructor with Research Rockstar Training & Staffing.

Prior to founding Bernstein Research Group in 1982, Betsy spent eight years in Account Management positions at Benton & Bowles (now Publicis) in New York City, managing traditional packaged-goods accounts. She left B&B as a Vice President, with the conviction that qualitative research could benefit greatly from an understanding of marketing and business principles. This differentiating factor proved to be well-founded.

Betsy earned her MBA at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Psychology from Goucher College. She is an active volunteer in her community and delights in discovering all things new, whether it’s AI, new tech, walking trails or her ongoing quest for the best chocolate chip cookie recipe.
